Sugar-Free Pancakes

Saturday and Sunday are simply the best days of the week. No school, sleep a little longer and a leisurely breakfast with the family. My favourite breakfast food is pancakes. Since this unfortunately takes a bit of time, I can do it only on weekends. As I watch my diet, my pancakes are always sugar-free.

For the pancakes you will need:
- 80g flour
- 100 ml of milk
- 20 ml of water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Measure or weigh all ingredients and pour into a bowl. Then with a whisk or a mixer stir so the ingredients are smooth with no lumps of flour remaining. The mixture should not be too thick or too runny. If it is too thick simply add a dash of water. If it is too liquid add a little bit of flour. The mixture is enough for 6 medium sized pancakes. I always use a small pan, and set the stove on the 2nd highest level. And VoilĂ  the pancakes are done :)
